Chris Jones!

You know he's been waiting his whole career for that play lol

Chris Jones The Franchise Punter

I think we will see more of this in the next generation of the NFL. Kickers are punters are becoming more athletic.

Punters don't get much love. Usually when they come out on the field fans are feeling disappointed at a stalled drive. That fake punt was a thing of beauty. Who knew Jones could do such a good run? Kept us in the game for sure when we were down.

Last time I did a Chris Jones appreciation was when he came all the way up field and recovered a fumble. It's easy to forget that a punter can be a good athlete.

I wanna know his 40 time. He really burned those chasing him.

Judging from that training camp throw-the-ball-at-the-star challenge, he's pretty accurate as a passer, too.

Time to replace Zeek!

Of course, I'm just kidding. But Jones had wheels I didn't know he had.
Yeah. That was a shock and impressive. That dude was shot out of a friggin cannon going around that edge. Did u see him pulling away from the pursuit. He's one more good block of taking it the distance!?! Ok. Settle down. Lol. I say we'd do well with him replacing Lucky in the return game at the very least. ;)

In the video Chris is being chased by #31, Jalen Mills
Mills 40 Time: 4.56

Mills did not seem to be able to close on Chris Jones at all.

Chris Jones isn't just fast for a punter. The man is frrikkken fast by any standard.
Yeah. He was widening the separation from what I could tell.

it really looks like #56 is going to block the punt, my guess is Chris knew it and bailed

i highly doubt that was a called fake.. but who knows
It was definitely a called fake. Watch the replay. You can see Jeff Heath blocking for him before he looks back at Jones. He knew he would be running his way.

4.68 forty
1.70 ten

I was surprised to see the other trick play as well, when Beasley threw it to T. WILL (who should have caught that). I hope we run a trick play every few games. I don't like Garrett, but he showed some balls last night and got us that win.
Beasley throws a pretty pass. T-Will should've dived for it.

Hahaha that video with the eagles sideline is priceless
