Come home to Texas, Chris.
Come home to Texas, Chris.
Durant taught us if you can't beat them, join them. It's better than the lesson the Warriors taught us... if you can't beat them, wound them. That's how they beat the Cavs in 2015 and how they beat the Spurs this year. #hypocrisyWait, a star player wanting to join a perennial contender?
Did Durant teach us nothing?

It's about time you admitted the Spurs are a perennial contender.
Right, so snark aside, you'd welcome CP3 onboard the roster.
And you'd be a hypocrite for it.
Just as you are for whining about Pachulia but turning a blind eye to Bruce Bowen.
SA wasnt winning that series even with Leonard. They would have been lucky to go 6Durant taught us if you can't beat them, join them. There's no evidence of what you say as being true. While Kawhi Leonard was in the game, the Spurs were killing GS on their home court. During the regular season the Spurs beat GS 2 of 3 games including a blow out on GS's home court.SA wasnt winning that series even with Leonard. They would have been lucky to go 6
Regular season means very little in terms of playoff predictors. Regular season and playoffs are a completely different game. SA just doesnt have the horses to compete with GS in a 7 game series. You can thump you're chest over the possibility they may have stolen game 1 if Leonard played. They lost every other game in the series by double digitsThere's no evidence of what you say as being true. While Kawhi Leonard was in the game, the Spurs were killing GS on their home court. CP3 would be instantly welcomed if he comes onboard the Spurs. I never knocked KD for joining GS so there is no hypocrisy in my welcoming CP3. Despite your constant whining otherwise, I was never a fan of Bruce Bowen or his tactics. Not all Spurs fans are fans of all Spurs players. I didn't like Stephen Jackson or Dennis Rodman when they were Spurs either. Pachulia is every bit a dirty player that you accuse Bowen of and you know it.... HYPOCRITE!
You are talking to a Spurs fan. No other team has a longer streak of making the playoffs with at least 50 wins. You don't get to pretend you can teach me anything about the relevance of the regular season when it comes to the playoffs. With Parker and Leonard, the Spurs have more than ample horses to sweep GS up and down the court and even without Parker was getting the job done before Zaza took out Leonard. As any team would do, the Spurs lost only when their main talent players were eliminated. All you offer to the contrary is hyperbole.Regular season means very little in terms of playoff predictors. LOL Bowen didn't trade mark any move, but you go right ahead thinking Bruce was the first player to resort to that move. Who did Bruce Bowen ever eliminate from the playoffs that change the balance of power in a playoff series? The Spurs earned every Larry Brown trophy they received through championship caliber play, not by tearing a man's shoulder out of socket or cutting a MVP candidate at the ankle. It's cute that you think if you simply declare that you don't like a player (e.g. Bowen) it somehow doesn't make you a hypocrite for whining about actions he trademarked which benefitted your team that you're now whining about.
Here's your litmus test. You claim the Dubs only won because Pachulia's play and you're trying to descredit them as a team because of it. So go ahead and descredit Spurs for ALL the dirty crap Bowen pulled w/the Spurs that benefited to their success.

You ignoring specific questions says all I need to know. Type "zaza pachulia dirty" in google and see what you get. It doesn't proven anything... just opinions. There is no equivalency here. Here's a fun task...go to YouTube and type in "Bruce Bowen dirty..." and see how many video montages that come up.
CP isn't from Texas. He's a Carolina kid.http://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/r...r-spurs-in-free-agency-if-he-leaves-clippers/

Hardly hyperbole. You are delusuonal if you think if you think the Spurs were going to mop the floor with GS with a healthy Leonard. Outside of maybe Mills Spurs simply dont have the defensive backcourt to cope with GS shooters. And are Gasol and Aldridge going to be effective at crunch time late in a series playing at GS pace? I doubt it.You are talking to a Spurs fan. No other team has a longer streak of making the playoffs with at least 50 wins.
