Don't throw jabs if you aren't ready for a counter filled with flurries.
That would make sense if I was talking about the original poster I quoted. Its been like 3/4 four other posters intervened that had nothing to do with this. Maybe your advocating sucker punches and survivor series style gang ups lol. If it was more serious stuff yeah I'd understand but people talking about don't post if blah, blah, blah on some messageboard high horse please.

It figures that C-Mike wouldn't be the "cat's meow" that many of us hoped he'd be, especially so, since Seattle saw reason to render him as relatively inactive as they did.

All he has to do to justify his presence on our roster is to be the change of pace RB that we might require to spell DMC as needed. Obviously, if DMC gets injured as he has in the past, Michael would be required to step up and assume the lead role at RB.

Let's just see fit to appreciate what he affords without all the needless nitpicking criticisms we're seeing here. We're quite fortunate to see his presence at a time when it's somewhat desperately needed. A little patience might be in order, despite his perceived failure to fulfill unrealistic expectations.

The pass he dropped then tried to hip bump a Seattle defender after

Yea I can't get that play out of my head. What was he thinking to attempt a hip bump with a Seattle defender. That was bizarre. Especially after dropping a pass.

This is a play that is enough reason to wonder about this guy.
There are players that the game and stage are a little too big for. I hope he isn't one of those guys but a failed attempt to celebrate a dropped pass with the opposing defense hip bump does throw up some flags.

I think we'll be seeing him sooner rather than later. DMac was looking a little beat by having to carry the ball so much by the second quarter in the last game. The coaches seem pretty bad about rotating backs to keep the lead dog fresh. They got lucky last year with DeMarco being A) an exceptionally well-conditioned athlete and B) running for a contract.

I think we'll be seeing him more because I don't think DMac will last the whole season.

I don't mind doing things with former team mates, I do have a problem with it during a game or celebrating a catch, sack, tackle, td etc. when we are losing. ......what is there to celebrate if we aren't winning

I was hoping for the best for Michael but I can't wrap my mind around that play.

What the heck were you thinking?????? Chest bumping a defender after a huge drop.

I see why the coaches are hesitant to trust him.

They need to give him more carries before they grind McFadden down to nothingness.

Brings back memories of Choice asking Vick for an autograph.

Maybe he just has a different outlook on things that isn't compatible with normal team dynamics. Might be why he has such a tough time with teams and such. I have a feeling he'll be toting the rock much more going forward because DMac looks winded early already, and that is usually followed by injury. To paraphrase Bull Durham: if he runs for 200 in one game in the show he'll be seen as colorful, until then he's irritating.
