I wondered about that, but he had enough off the field issues at N Carolina where I think the team wasn't interested in him then, so they probably didn't want to bring him in now.

Bosworth attended Plano West Senior High School in Texas.[2] In 2004, He was named Co-Defensive Player of the Year following the season. He was picked to play in the 2005 Coca-Cola Bowl.[2] He finished High school with 231 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, three interceptions, six fumble recoveries and one sack.[2] He was an First-team All-District in the 2004 and 2003 seasons in high school.[2] He was a Co-Defensive Player of the Year in 2004.[2]
