I read elsewhere that not only did he have on a bulletproof vest and had several loaded pistols, but police also found a hatchet, not to mention an open bottle of alcohol in the vehicle.

It is quite disturbing to think about what he was going to do.

Those spike strips are cool and very effective. Imagine what the officers thought when they tried the stun gun and found the kid's wearing a bullet proof vest so it wouldn't work!

I saw a police video where this guy pulled 4 of those stingers out of his chest, this guy was huge...and crazy

I admit it. I am also a Buckeye fan, so some bias on my part. Even with his suing the NFL thing, I thought once he was actually in the NFL he would be OK. Well, I was wrong. But been wrong before on other players as well.

Now I wasn't calling for Dallas to sign him as a "franchise" player, but wouldn't minded them using a 4th rounder on him at the time, maybe ecen a 3rd. Which shows why I'm not a coach.

All I can say, is yes, he is stupid, and thank god he is stupid. For doing a u-turn, and being pulled over by the police. Because with 4 loaded guns and a bullet proof vest on. WE KNOW HE WASN'T GOING TO CHURCH AT 5 AM.
Anyway, I have a feeling some lives were saved by his stupidity.

Two questions. Why the hell is this thug running around and not in Jail? Second, where did he get the money for the bail on all the other offenses? Maybe some of his robberies were successful?

Jethro's just waiting for him to do something controversial before he offers him a contract with a big signing bonus.

What a waste. This guy's best possible contribution to human society will be in the form of compost.

As Cowboys fans we should NOT be criticizing Shanahan...we should be sending him letters of gratitude. I am convinced that had Shanahan not taken Clarrett in the 3rd round that we would have taken him in the 4th. Jerry so loves controversial figures and I think he had his mind set on taking Clarrett in that draft had he fallen far enough.

The way I remember it Pacells was interested in him. If he had been available we might have taken him and missed out on MBIII.

This was the guy that was in such a big hurry to get to the NFL he couldn't stand the idea of playing 2 whole years of college ball first. Instead he's got clowns like Jim Brown telling him to go ahead and sue the NFL instead of sitting through Basket Weaving II, being the BMOC and maybe winning another national championship. Unreal.

I'm not patting myself on the back for this but he smelled like huge trouble to me and I was opposed to spending a draft pick of any kind on the punk. Couple that with his horrible combine which he quit part way through and I thank God Shanahan flushed his 3rd round pick on him. Clearly the kid is very troubled. What's next fertilizer bombs in the trunk? Mo's going away for a decent spell when you have multiple offenses like this. Really pathetic he's ruined his life and it's all on him.

I saw a guy (on video) get pepper spayed multiple times and then it still took 10 cops to take him down.
Until then I thought pepper spray or tasers would pretty much shut anyone down.
