Coaches Fleeing? Why?

Didn't think it was worth its own thread, but it's funny -- I had Cowherd's show on for about 30 seconds on the way to work and happened to catch JJT on the "Spanning the Globe" (or whatever it's called) segment. Of course Cowherd was laughing at Parcells taking all our super-important coaches, and asking JJT if people were freaking out. JJT said oh yes, this was certainly a concern, because if you talk to people, they'll tell you that these coaches did a lot of the heavy lifting and were responsible for the success we had.

So two weeks ago, we're choking losers that need major changes, maybe even at head coach after only one year. But now when it makes a good juicy story for the legendary Parcells to be raiding his former team and leaving Jerrah emptyhanded, we're screwed because we're losing a few assistant coaches.

Hilarous.

Another example. Players who are not that good when they are on the team suddenly become "big losses" when they leave.

Money! It is usually the reason people move from one job to the other. Maybe hurricanes? Maybe all three like hurricanes and evacuations. Maybe the allure of the beach?

Why does it seem like our coaches are fleeing us? Especially to go to Miami where they supposedly did not like BP and his negative attitude. It seems like some of them will not even be promoted but instead will move to similar positions (I can see if everyone was being promoted).

I just wonder if there is something causing the desire to leave. Maybe Wade isn't as good to work for as we believe or they don't like Jerry, or maybe big Bill is a much better guy than we have heard.

You haven't heard? After reading all the media reports about the imminent downfall of the Cowboys and how every other team is now really America's team, Jerry has decided to disband the Cowboys and sell the new stadium. These guys need a job.
