Coaches on display

This is the game to show up.
The supporters of this coaching staff will see if they can devise a plan to win a game this week.

The critics may get confirmation.

Are you saying our coaching staff needs to out scheme an opponent? If I were a betting man and inclined to bet on that, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I'd prob keep my money in my pocket.

We keep hearing the Garrett offense is predicated on "winning Indiv. matchups".........Coaches have to start realizing that a stronger percent of rub plays, stacks, motion, lead draw etc etc...............then create that 1/2 step of hesitation in the opposing defense, that then helps the Indiv. player win his matchup one on one in the biggest percent of plays........

If we're going to win its because we've out athletes a team.

We don't even scheme teams with Romo but we can get by with it because he's a wizard.

Garrett is just arrogant and thinks we can just line up and win.

Well what do you do when their tactic doesn't work?

By game time I believe we will have a thread stating it's time for every part of the team to step up this week.

I was just about to start a time for the special team to show up thread . Thanks for reminding me! :D

Garrett: The New York Football Giants are a good football team. We have to play good football against them to win the game. These New York Football Giants are a tough play in their stadium and I'll be clapping frequently on the sidelines to help our team.

Great post. This will be one of Garrets signature games for sure if he wins. This is a true coaches win with all the changes and bye to make it work.

No matter how good your coaching staff is, it takes players to win a game. I applaud the moves being made this week by the coaches, it's about time.

Well. The Giants have a pretty damn good coach on their side of the field as well. They also have a 2 time winning Super Bowl QB. That contrary to popular belief among many Cowboy fans. Is a pretty decent player himself. At times, usually against Dallas, he can be a very good QB. They also have their starting WR. Though it remains to be seen just how effective he may be with his injury. Dallas has a QB that hasn't cracked a starting line up in how many years? And a receiving corp that has proven to be pretty ineffective without their star player.
So forgive me if I don't use this game as some sort of measuring stick of the coaching staff. A game they'll be playing on the road against a team that'll be fired up after an embarrassing loss. A division rival that has proven tough to beat at home even when Dallas has their two best players on offense playing.
Dallas is capable of winning the game. And it certainly wouldn't be a big suprise. But most people are predicting a Giants victory. And for pretty good reason.

I doubt any of the sharks that smell blood will return to pat him in the back for a signature win if in fact we win. More than likely they will praise the players who actually executed.
