Wow...3 pages and hardly a mention of Norv Turner, most people ignoring the entire question. I'm really surprised that any of you think Jerry Jones would want to go through another adapting period with a college coach learning the game.

So does this mean you wouldn't like to see Norv Turner working with your young QB and offense? I think he's very good with helping QB's develop and putting them in an offense with plays they are very good at.

NO Norv Turner he sucks as a Head coach, He was great as an offensive coordinator just like wandstat ( spelling ) was a good D coach horrible head coach,

Again these guys are all Jimmy's guys if you bring him back then bring these guys back ( read Jimmy's coming back thread ).

I say not to Gruden, We need Parcells to come back, Unfortunately if we want to win now we need this coaching staff intact, I think Bill's buddy in Carolina will be fired and he may be here next year,

I have no other answers right now on coaches, I don't want any of this NFL guys cohwer, and whomever we need fresh ideas and a coach who will be around for a will, I thin this is Bill's team, we need a few pieces I really didn't expect to get to the SB this year, Next year will be his test, We need more D and a better pass rusher then we have ,Ware excluded.
