DuFus Jones has always killed us in the coaching carousal. he had better coaches down through the years Dallas would be a way better team now and then, !0 years with Carrot top Years with Moore trying to learn on the job. That just shows you that Jones is just a family guy. You part of the circle you get the job. Whether it hurts the Dallas Cowboys or not. That's why for me. Jerry Jones is public enemy number 1 in this aspect....

Mahomes has zero problem calling out his teammates when they make mistakes. Does it all the time. Dak has never done that. He us quite content with just being the QB of the Cowboys and getting everything that comes with it. Mahomes has talent, fire and passion. That's why he is already heading to Canton even if he never played another down in the nfl.

Mahomes played in Dallas he'd of never been in this position to begin with......

The thing is Dak plays the role of "great teammate" to a fault.

He never calls out teammates. He does, however, fall on the sword himself, whether he deserves it or not. That's why we hear the same old "I have to be better" line from him after every loss. Because if he refuses to point fingers at teammates or coaches, what else can he really say?

This method makes Dak popular in the locker room but it does nothing to fix the accountability issues this team has.
