Im sure you noticed he got his son a job on the broadcast, if you call what he does work, lol. And they all kiss his *** and pretend DADDY didn't get him on, LOL100% agreed!
That Jack actually did say he was enjoying seeing the Cowboys getting beaten. The loser couldn't hold his Cowboys hatred inside to himself. Anyone who has paid close attention to him over the last several decades knows he's a Cowboys hater.
Collingsworth and his ****** PFF are a joke!!
I typically block out stuff the announcers have to say they are always gushing over something.
His analysis of what the Eagles "were doing to Micah Parsons" was total nonsense though. He kept talking about how they put him in a bind, only it wasn't the case, it was his teammates blowing their assignments that left him with a 2 on 1 on the back side of plays. No way is it his assignment to protect the backside and cover wide receivers and TEs who are coming in motion from the other side of the field.
It is a bit disappointing that Dan Quinn didn't have the secondary more prepared for all the motion they run, there was a ton of confusion and breakdowns, especially in the first half.
Love these announcer hate threads like they have any influence on anything. Collingsworth calls it like he sees it and doesn't pull punches. I think a lot of our games get Aikman or Romo and they sugar-coat a lot b/c of their relationship with the team. Collingsworth calls out trash when he sees trash.
And if you take off your fan hat, you can admire how the Eagles played us a little. They ran the ball right at our pass rushers and threw just enough to keep the safeties honest. Their game plan for Micah was kinda brilliant. Who thought the best way to play Micah was to not block him and run a read option? Nobody here.
True, Collingsworth has also had a lot of good things to say about the Cowboys when they are making plays and playing well. This is not Cowboys media nor should it be expected, Aikman is accused of hating on the Cowboys as well. I think they call it as they see it and while I may not always agree with what they have to say I don't take it as hating on the Cowboys
I think some fans just assume Aikman is going to be more of a cowboy cheerleader and cover for their gaffes.
No. He was spot on and they showed time and again how the read option was forcing him to hesitate and pick his poison. It worked to great effect in the first half.
Do you really think it was his responsibility to cover AJ Brown when he was coming in motion from the other side of the field?
That is ridiculous, his job was to keep containment on the backside of the play which he did. However, there were breakdowns in the secondary leaving guys wide open behind him. That should not happen but there was confusion in the secondary.
Exactly. I don't know what the OP is talking about.LOL funny because I was reading Eagles fans saying he was gushing about the Cowboys.
Seemed pretty fair and balanced to me.
Could this clown be anymore biased against the cowboys???? He was almost saying he was enjoying seeing the cowboys getting beaten. How inappropriate!!!
ExactlyHe did seem oddly animated with infatuation over how great the Eagles are and how they were killing us. When we started to comeback he calmed down.
The slobbering all over Philly in the 1st half was brutal. Actually changed over to Spanish Audio, had no idea what they were saying but it was much better
That is what he said. He said he was enjoying seeing the eagles beat up on the cowboys. Watch the tape.I’m not disagreeing, but I just want to know what he said. Not what he almost said, or how you perceived it, but what he actually said..
He praised LVE and said he was an amazing tackler. Horse teeth is clueless as to the fecklessness of LVE.It was LVEs fault
