I'd say just plain lazy. DallasEast posted the actual rules in this case and folks just glossed over it and still go on their CONSPIRACY! victim rants. Rules should never apply when it comes to the Cowboys. Lol.

According the the policy, which I posted yesterday, 7 missed tests for a playing in stage 2 of the program could mean "banishment for an indefinite period of at least one calendar year" depending on when he entered stage 2. A player could be assigned to stage 2 for missing test or not cooperating with the program. I am assuming he is in stage two and the only reason he was not banned for a year is because when he was tested he was negative. But not knowing the details makes it impossible to understand why he got 5 weeks. If he missed 7 tests he is going to lose any appeals because the policy is clear regarding mandatory participation and cooperation with the program.
Well I can't argue against your comments- very well! That is not how it works and because it does not work that way he is looking at a 5 game suspension. League is not asking they are telling and it is the players responsibility to abide by it or face suspension. I expect players to go get tested when the league calls them to be tested I don't care if the player or fan disagree with it but if it means a player missing 5 games then just do it by not doing it he puts this team in a bind where they will rely on backups.
