That the receiver has to have control of the ball when he hits the ground and if it comes out its an incomplete pass?

That's consistent with what was ruled during that game.

it was almost as if he had to watch it for so long just to FIND ANYTHING that would allow him SOME semblence of an excuse to overturn it.

when he fell on his arm and the ball was NOT on the ground, it was an INT right there. wow.

That was an amazingly bad call, but on the other hand... the refs let Pittsburgh burn more time off of the clock with bad calls the other way earlier...
