Commanders allegedly close to complete coaching overhaul - hire Fassel *Merge*

If these rumors are really true, I think the Commanders are going to go through a MAJOR rehaul, setting them back at least 5 years.

Everyone on this team loved gregg williams, and when he leaves, these people are going to be pissed. I will not be suprised when a lot of people are going to ask out of D.C.

Right now we have no where near the personel needed for a 3-4, but I would imagine he will start trying to bring people in.

But who knows, I think everyone in D.C. is just in absolute shock right now.

We can trade you Spears and maybe Carp for your 1st.

Commanders defense is in now way, shape or form ready to convert to the 3-4. Cornelius Griffin is a 3 tech. Andre Carter sucked in the 3-4 in San Francisco. London Fletcher will be a speed bump. And they don't have the cap space to rehaul the roster.

Our linebackers are too slow. Carter would be back to an OLB again.

Unless Ryan isnt trying to use 3-4, i just see this as a horrible move
