You act as if that QB won't get more when his time comes. It's the QB market...
That's three years before Washington has to worry about a QB extension. By that time I'm guessing Daniel's will either be great, taking them the big game or be out of the league completely via an injury settlement. Either way we still will be paying Dak then.

Would be nowhere near $60m. Maybe a 3 year deal at $20m per.
This applies to QBs on rookie contracts. After 3 or 4 years, if Washington wants to keep him, they have to pay him market value. If he's not good enough, he still won't accept less than market value from Washington. He will accept less from another team. That's the game they play so they can get questionable talent market value.

No they're not.. they're just extremely lucky and are playing a last place schedule. When the Cowboys play them we will beat them by 3 scores. Write it down.
I actually think Dallas can win that game since it's divisional and the skins are in fact overated just like we've been all these years... we still suck though and have taken a big step backwards.

Daniel’s yes, Lance will get nowhere near mkt value on his next contract. Lance we Could have done a 3 year contract for cheap and he would have jumped at $15-20m per year. Yeah he may have sucked but at least we would have the opportunity to look elsewhere.

From what we've seen so far, I think Washington may be the 2nd best team in the NFC (Detroit), not that that is saying much.
That’s saying a lot from where Washington was last season. They’ve already equaled their win total from last season. They’ve completely turned it around. Detroit may be the best team in the entire league.

in pencil? or invisible ink? I don't see Dallas winning another game while so many key players on defense are out and with an almost non existent running game. Sometimes you just have to face facts and deal with. But to your post, I don't think Washington is lucky. They just seem very well coached and put themselves in position to win and don't seem to squander those opportunities easily.

Take a look at their schedule. Is that a cupcake schedule or what?
The Commanders and Cowboys have 10 opponents in common, two of which both teams play twice, the Eagles and Giants. Of the four opponents they do not have in common, only one of Washington‘s currently has a winning record, the Bears. None of the Cowboys’ four has a losing record. What makes the Commanders schedule look so easy te rest of the way is they get to play the Cowboys, twice.

They got a last place team’s schedule for 2024, with a bonus. The Dallas Cowboys.

Why is it difficult to admit a team has become better than the Cowboys?

We paid Dak. Everything is good now! I have no idea what you're talking about.

And now that the contract is "not an issue"...everything is fixed!!! 3-4 with a $60mm QB never felt so good!!!

BTW, Dak couldn't beat SF without Ayuk, CC, most of Deebo (injured) and I believe Trent W. was out.

In other words, it's an automatic W with Dak. ARRRRGGGGGHGHGHGHGHGHGHG!!!!!

See the problem is.... if the Cowboys won that game then you would have flipped your narrative and said we only won because those particular 49ers players were out. You had an angle whether we won or loss.

With that said, how many key starters are WE missing? My bad, that wouldn't fit your narrative so I apologize for bringing up our injured players.

Hey but what did you think about the Ravens losing to the Browns.... a Browns team that we beat??

(Insert excuses and goal post moving comments here)

Commanders suck too. Unfortunately the Eagles are the team to beat. Commanders are just pretending to be good I’ve seen these type of teams before. Eagles consistently have been good.
If they're pretending to be good, we're pretending to be bad. No wait......we're not pretending

Well folks, we are 3rd in the division at best

Commanders are a far better team now and will be for quite some time with the edition of Jayden

Jayden is just beginning his career and Dak is obviously on the downward slope of his

Time for rebuild, our shot window is gone
No they’re not, smdh

Commanders and Texans are better than the Cowboys now. Crazy what can happen to your team in just 1 year when you take a top 3 QB in the draft instead of paying 60 million to an "all-pro" QB that just puts up garbage time stats.
