He simply isn't HC material. There was no way we could have kept him around after the Jags and Packers game back in 2010, easily the most ashamed I've ever been with the Cowboys.

But him as a DC, fantastic. I thought it was dumb even when Houston let him go due to a slight down year.

That's cold. I wouldn't be shocked if someone gave another shot at HC if they have a similar performance next year. Broncs may give him a bunch to stay though
