i'l give you this man.....you at least can lose well, which is more than i can say for most iggles fans i know. so, for that, i tip my hat sir.

Doesn't make the pain any less by not acknowledging the better team (at least on this Sunday).

I know how good the win must feel; it was only last week ...well, that's another story to be told another time. ENjoy the sweet taste of victory.

Thanks bro class act .It is only one game and i am sure your team much better then what they showed today....good luck

Thank you - we deserve it.

I don't know PT. You're Eagles have some real questions on defense. Those corners aren't nearly as good as most think they are. Lito was just torched. Obviously pass rush is a real problem for the Eagles. Like the Cowboys, I'm not sure where the Eagles are headed.

The biggest question for the Eagles is McNabb, who aggravated his sports hernia on a play when he was untouched. In fact, he looked bad on several plays outside the pocket. The offense places a lot of responsibility on the QB, so the team won't be the same if McNabb sits.

Dallas is slowly building confidence. In particular, Pettiti looked real sure of himself today. Crayton and Thompson also looked more decisive on returns.

Things will be real interesting in the NFCE this year.

PT, you're all right... I'm shocked at how the Cowboys handled your boys, and allowing myself to get a little giddy at the thought that maybe, just maybe, this team is coming together, and will be pretty d***ed good before it's all said and done...

thanks for the kudos, as far as not being able to watch the game, i cant think of too many eagle fans who wouldve wanted to see it, it was brutal. let me also say, that Eagles will not have a cake walk through the division this year. although i would still rate you guys the favorites, but unless you guys get some resemblance of a running game your odds will be tougher.

It was a big win and a big step for Dallas to be able to dominate Philly. But it is only one game and the two teams will meet again.

To quote Troy Aikman as best as I can remember (ordered a few pitchers in the second half) "I've never seen anyone physically dominate the Eagles like this."

it was an awesome game talon, i'm not gonna gloat cause you're not like a Commanders fan, win once and never live it down "well remember that one year about 20 seasons ago when we beat the cowboys, we owned em"... the cowboys came out shootin, and hit just about every time... we showed what we're made of, now we just have to be consistent with it :D

Congrats, guys. It's great to know that a Philly team that's in last place in the division is at 3-2. With no team with a losing record, the NFC East is clearly the best division in all of football again.

Thanks for your kind words PT.

It has been ages since we have had a convincing win against a quality opponent.

The NFC East looks like it is going to be really good this year top to bottom for the first time in many years.

You guys are still the measuring stick by which we measure ourselves.

I think the second game is going to be real interesting.

Kudos for the post, PT. I hope that Eagles fans don't blame this loss on McNabb's chest injury. The team really fell apart today. See you in the playoffs.

classy as usual, tough when it's lopsided like this one and your on the losing end.

Very classy guy. It is wonderful to have an individual like you who can talk football like an adult...

the planets are obviously out of alignment this season....
We lose to the foreskins
texas beats OU
Nebraska loses its homecoming game
Arrington gets benched
we dominate the igglets....
and Al Michaels forgets to mention joe montana or jerry rice during a broadcast..
(wait, that last one hasn't happened yet but if it does...the apocalypse is surely upon us)

Yeah loved the D today, only allowed 3 points. 3-2 feels way better then 2-3

Phoenix,

Even though Dallas won, you can see that McNabb is really hurting. I don't think Dallas is at Philly's level yet, but I think their young pups are improving. I look forward to the rematch at the Vet. If Dallas can win at the Linc, then I will know for sure that this team is on the right track. Your team has two weeks to rest and get healthy. Lets hope both teams are at full strength at the Linc. Good Luck....

Talon, I knew you'd show up, take your medicine and be cool about it. No joking, Philly has been my nightmare. This feels good. Lot of season left.
