I think Colombo still has a year left. Think he signed a two year deal.

This is true, but Jerry told him upon signing the contract that if he proved last year wasn't a fluke, he would in turn resign him after this season.

Of course a contract is a contract, but then again. If he plays well and doesn't resign him, Columbo will bolt after next season.

If Glenn retires I expect Crayton will come back as starter next season, this is his audition right now, so far so good.

I don't even think it matters if Glenn retires. Providing he plays well, Crayton will remain a Cowboy due to the age of Glenn and Owens. At this point and unless something changes, (draft or free agent signing) Crayton and Hurd will be the Cowboys next starting receiving corps.

Well, with what we've seen, it can seem exciting. I don't think either one are a big time/big play receiver that you always want one on your team to keep defenses honest. (Owens, Irvin, Rice, Harrison, and yes even Plaxico when he decides he is actually going to put forth effort)

The Year Flozell is gone will be a great day. He never has and never will play
up to his ability. Is he the best we have had for a few years -yes. But he had the ability to be one of the best and never has. This is his contract year
and will be as good as it gets -We should not extend him witha new contract in anyway...The rest a few yes--a few maybe --a few no --But Flo-have his stuff packed the day the last game is played

If Columbo plays well Jerry will give him a better deal - the guy is a bit of a physical risk coming off his first full year of play post-injury. Jerry knows full well how hard it is to get good tackles.
