Yes, he avoided mistakes. Did you see Cooper throwing the ball 46 times? This team wins with defense and a ball control offense. It is not going to win with Dak Prescott pretending he's the second coming of Peyton Manning.

This team won those 4 games because of DEFENSE, not the offense. The offense just had to not make mistakes. This team isn't playing this kind of defense any longer. You play better teams, you need to score. Cooper Rush running a simple offense where he only throws 25 times means you dont score enough to keep pace with what your middle of the pack defense is giving up.

Hear me out. Cooper Rush wins this game b/c Moore calls a more conservative/ run oriented offense with him in there. This team is not going to win with Dak Prescott conducting an air dominated offense. We should have stuck to the run game which was working beautifully. Dak reminds me a lot of romo........ he keeps both teams in the game.

Can't argue that. I'm just arguing that Cooper Rush and the offensive style we employ when he is in the game is a more effective formula that the "Air Dak" attack.

True, but with the way the run defense is being exposed it would seem that as bad as he is Dak would have a better chance of getting points on the board quickly which is what they will need with the upcoming schedule

I think the defense was actually playing well when Rush went 4-1. Not sure what is happening now, but it feels like they've regressed.

For some reason there are those who wish to cling to the hope that this defense could go 16 games with Cooper Rush, by playing Conservative on offense, only scoring a limited about of points and just hoping that the defense can go in every game holding opposing offenses to one TD and under 20 points per game. Which isn't a realistic way to sustain wins long term in the NFL. As it was proven in how the defense gave up 29 and 31 points in back to back games.

Cooper beat both super bowl teams from last year but he's got no shot against a 3-6 GB team riding a 5 game losing streak? If Dak were the QB we paid him to be, he would win games like this instead of giving them away.

Give me Cooper at 1/50th the cost and sink the money into the DL and LBs.

we had 100+ yards rushing. we had 28 points. defense gave up 200+ yards rushing. two very long TD passes. Dak may not have played well. but neither did this defense.

Defense was trash. 200 yards rushing, and not against a running QB. Long TD on 4th and 7. 4th quarter collapse. Easy drive allowed in OT

Eactly. Its not just an INT or even just 7 points. Those are 10-14 point swings. If Dak doesn't throw that first pick, its 10-0 or 14-0 instead of 7-7.
