99 times out of 100 I will take the cops side. This is not one of those times. I can think of nothing she could do while face down that needed punches and I can't think of any reason why she needs to be lifted by her hair. The girl could be a complete ***** and I wouldn't condone that. If she killed a baby I could understand that kind of rage. I wouldn't condone it, but I could understand. 50 bucks says he would not want his wife, mother, or daughter treated that way by another officer.

I agree with Hos here 100%. This video shows exactly what excessive force is. Most of the time when I see video's claiming excessive force its BS. But not this time. This however IS NOT typical as the OP stated. 99% of cops do their job and do it right. It's the 1% that screw things up for the others

then you're in a for a world of hurt

we're gonna be seeing you on one of these videos

I've seen what cops do to people who don't listen to them, they get roughed up pretty good, in fact this party I was at got busted for getting out of hand, and this kid showed up late, not knowing what was going on, had a bottle of Grey Goose in his hand, the cop shouted at him to stop, I guess he was out of it, kept walking, and the cop pretty much body-slammed him

Great ideas. I either do what a Pig tells me, or else I will wind up on the end of a police brutality video. Thanks for your advice.

I'm pretty sure unlawful orders are lawful orders these days. So yeah, do everything a cop says. There was once upon a time court rulings that ruled it was lawful to resist unlawful arrests all the way up to using mortal force, but I don't recall a recent case. Don't really pay attention, though.

That's how you see situations where the only thing people are charged with is resisting arrest, you know that person resisted an unlawful arrest. After a night in jail as punishment for disobeying, the charge will be dropped.

What do you consider an unlawful arrest? Can the average person who doesn't know the law make that call at the time its happening? Best thing to do is not resist and have your day in court
