I can't believe this. This stupid kid got a lawyer and is going to fight this. I just got a subpoena as a witness for the State.

When I first saw this I was like COPS outside your house AGAIN!

You need to move.

If he's got the money to get a lawyer he might as well fight it...what does he have to lose.

He just may get off on a technically or whatever.

The only way he could get burnt is if he was offered a plea bargain and didn't take it and then he fights it and loses...and then he doesn't have the plea bargain anymore.

Just making sure your neighbor's attorney, or the DA, knows about your possible testimony. I'm sure if they don't know, they'd love to have you. The drivers attorney won't want to see you walk in the courtroom.

Criminal. The case is State of Arizona vs.

Nick's attorney will undoubtedly be his brother-in-law unless because he himself was a witness to these things he can't represent Nick.

I can't wait for the DA's office to contact me. I know that's coming.

My "inside" sources tell me hos was taking the trash out that day. Accidentally dropped the garbage bag. He proceeded to bend over to pick up the bag as this young man was coming around the corner.

While in the process of bending over Hos let out one of his infamous earth quaker/shaker farts.

This caused the imbalance of the drivers car tires, the drivers equilibrium and also caused his eyes to close due to sonic pressure and smell.

The next thing he knows he was hitting a parked SUV.

Hey Pep, get this. So it's after 9:00 am now and I called this guy's office. He's on vacation all this week and can't return the call until next week. But his letter says "at my convenience." I told his secretary that was offensive and that next week isn't convenient like this week is.

I'm beginning to think there is a different reason AZ is so freaking hot and it has nothing to do with it being in the desert.
