Joseph isn't struggling, not anymore than Wright. In fact Joseph has been better in coverage than Wright.

What's so funny is how guys flip flop and become bias on certain players. Only me and a few others liked Wright when drafted while most of you complained and said it was a terrible pick but now y'all saying he is the 2nd best corner on the team haha

Might say more about the competition than it does about him.

The corners right now in order:

1. Diggs
2. Wright
3. Canady
4. Lewis
5. Brown
6. Joseph
7. Goodwin

Wright looks impressive, and Joseph is struggling. Canady is a great find and should unseat Lewis as the slot guy. Brown might have a tough time getting on the active roster. Goodwin is the special teams demon.

How the Cowboys week 1 lineup looks....

Diggs
Brown
Lewis
Canady
Joseph
Wright

In all seriousness I would be surprised if Wright is the #2 guy. However atleast there's some competition.

That's what I'm saying. I just saw him have a great practice tonight with a pick and several PBU's. Wright looks good but he needs to hit the weight room.
He's 6-foot-4.

Horn will have a better career than Surtain.

I expect Surtain to be a lot like Dre Kirkpatrick, Mark Barron, and Minkah Fitzpatrick. Alabama secular tend to underperform in the pros.

Fitzpatrick is a 2 time first team All-Pro. His rookie year, when he wasn't voted All-Pro, he had 3 picks and a TD.

If only we could experience such suckage in the secondary.

My bad. I was thinking of Kareem Jackson.

Putting Brown above anyone is funny all by itself. He is solid at being where he should be for the most part, but his awareness of the ball is bottom of the league. It's honestly frustrating.

Last I heard, Joseph was playing pretty well… not struggling.

Who said he’s struggling?
YeahI don't know what he's talking about....if they think he struggled on Saturday it may have to do with him actually guarding receivers who play in the league as opposed to practice squad or guys off the street that Wright did.....I mean that in itself shows how they think of Joseph.

Everybody there.

He's got time, but he's struggling.
Are you sure you know what you're talking about? Did you watch the preseason game? Did you see who Joseph was guarding and who Wright was guarding? Clearly the organization is telling you they think more highly of Joseph right now. Joseph was guarding Christian Kirk. Wright was guarding....whom?

Wright isn't at all ready to play. Not even close, and may never be. Simple: he has great tools for zone, but prolly will never be able to go man2man.

Wright has impressed and has a place on this team but the Cowboys know where he struggles. He isn't going to start but can be an important player to match up in the right spots. Maybe down the road but not early on.
