I hope Canady is good but hasn’t the guy been on 2 NFL rosters and done nothing? Maybe now is his time but it seems a little to good to be true.

Wright and Joseph are going to play a ton out wide and Lewis & Brown will share slot duties.
He first year in the league he could not stick on a baltimore roster that was starved for people that could cover anything as a DB.

The corners right now in order:

1. Diggs
2. Wright
3. Canady
4. Lewis
5. Brown
6. Joseph
7. Goodwin

Wright looks impressive, and Joseph is struggling. Canady is a great find and should unseat Lewis as the slot guy. Brown might have a tough time getting on the active roster. Goodwin is the special teams demon.

Joseph needs to do better handfighting downfield but it's not like he is giving much separation. Wright had the same issue in the first game.

I'd have it:

Diggs
Canady
Joseph
Wright
Lewis
Brown

He tore his hamstring and went in IR in October his first year. He played as a reserve in the first four games. His next year he suffered a knee injury in training camp and was on IR till late November when he was activated and played as a backup. Third year almost identical to 2nd. IR and activated late in the year. 4th year waived before the season and put on PS. Signed and played before later being released and signed by the Jets. Played in 13 games total in 2019 between Ravens and Jets and had decent numbers with 5 passes defensed and an int. Signed by Dallas for 2020 and sat out due to covid.

So no...it isn't what you said at all.

Other than Arizona, Boss Man has had a better camp than Joseph.

Those were Hangnail IRs. Sports people around here felt he may have something but he was not worth the roster spots on game days.

I haven’t heard that. I’ve heard Joseph has had a quiet camp which is good news for a corner. Especially a corner whose alias is bossman fat.

Here's hoping Bossman has more football on his mind than he does rap.

Horn will have a better career than Surtain.

I expect Surtain to be a lot like Dre Kirkpatrick, Mark Barron, and Minkah Fitzpatrick. Alabama secular tend to underperform in the pros.

The Mo Factor. Easy for a college CB to look real good when he's on a dominant defense. Don't trust it. It's likely a mirage.

It doesn't look good.
Let us pray for solid tackling at the LOS and players like a Parsons who can roll out on obvious passing plays.
