It was my concern last year that they would get their act together this year.

This is what I see:

1. Coughlin getting a lot from his players. Especially defense.
2. Giants have had lead in final 2 minutes of what, 4 losses. These fudgers could be 9-1.
3. I really hate to think the Eli/Giants go for 3rd super bowl... Vs... Who else..... The ones they arevthevdaddy to... The pats.

I may have to move out of New York if gumby ends up with 3 super bowl wins.... 3 sb mvp's... And Romo never even gets to one title game.

This reads like wishcasting from a NYG fan. Knicks are showing signs of life. Must be unbearable up there.

You had me until Garrett..

I think Garrett does a good job of developing players. We don't suddenly get known for having 'arguably the most talented roster in the league' thru coaches that don't develop players well.

Just like when Wade was fired, we had some massive holes in terms of talent on the roster. We didn't suddenly get those holes thru good coaching.

And just like when Parcells retired we were known as again, 'arguably the most talented roster in the league'. It was not done thru poor coaching.

Saban's influence on Garrett is quite obvious. You don't see much in the way of exotic schemes from Saban. It's basically straight up football. But, if you're tight end on the team, you're going to be coached on how to play tight end and you're going to be drilled on all of the techniques and nuances. If you're a MLB at Alabama, you're going to be drilled on how to utilize proper technique and the nuances of playing MLB.

It's not about taking a deficient player and creating a scheme that plays to that player's strengths at Alabama. And that's what I see here with Garrett. Unfortunately, being good at developing talent may not be good enough in getting the organization to where it wants to be.

Have you been watching our games without Tony? We stink without him.

Don't entertain him. He created an account 5 years ago and somehow only has 13 posts. So I checked his post history. Nothing but a troll and not a cowboys fan. He'll be banned as soon as the mods realize it

The Giants are okay, I could see them winning 10, but I could also see them winning as few as 8, which to me means that 9 wins is most likely for them... If Dallas won out they'd probably take the division...

You're a liar is what you are. Every single post you had before this year (all 13 of them) is about you posting on cowboys vs giants forums asking about giants players and asking if we could post videos of the Giants game in the course of 5 years. You're a damn new York fan. Get off our message boards troll

I disagree but I respect the opinion.

I think guys like Callahan built the line and Marinelli is the reason we don't have Floyd and that latter incident reflected the disconnect in the FO with the coaches.

But I do agree he is 'stronger' in the personnel department as opposed to scheming and utilizing talent. The latter is clearly hurting this team.

Lol this joker. This is why we will always be America's team. You dont see me going to other teams boards to troll and pose as one of their fans

I cannot conjur up any hate for other teams and their fans. I can't be bothered. I think I visited extreme skins twice about 5-6 years ago. Waste of time.

The only things that bothers me A LOT:

Stealers having 6 by way of refs robbing Seahawks in sb.
Giants and Eli having 2 sb wins.

Everything else: skins, Eagles, 49ers... Meh....

I love trolling eagle fans. They talk so much junk and dont even have one (1) lombardi trophy. Comeon. Lol.

I think it might be a 100 years before they get one.

The 5-5 Giants have to win 4 out of their last 6 to get to 9 wins... The 4-5 Eagles must win 5 of their last 7 to get to 9 wins... When you look at it like that, it seems like there's at least an outside possibility that 8 wins could take the division... Perhaps it's even possible that the Giants finish 2-4 and the Eagles 3-4, allowing, dare I say it, a 7-9 team to win the division? It seems highly unlikely, but again, Carolina did it last season so you never know...

Lets go 7-9 and win the freakin' Super Bowl! That would make all my sports dreams come true, nothing would ever be able to top it...
