Is this right in front of our faces and we dont even know it?

This has to be one of the more poor WR draft classes i've seen in years and M. Kelly imo would be an excellent fit here in Dallas.

That being said...

There are no options out there and even if someone were to become available your looking @ 6 - 9 mill a year for a guy who most likely isn't worth that kind of money.

Also do they want to bring back Glenn?

Do they want to risk another year of "what ifs" at that position?

Its a mighty big gamble and the more I think about it the more I think it makes since that they might be strongly looking to trade up because without Glenn we have almost held ourselves hostage at that position.

I love Patrick Crayton. I think im in the minority but I believe he is a good #2 receiver in this league, but we are thin with talent at the position.

So if Dallas trades a 1st and 3rd to move up to get Kelly don't be shocked.

I doubt it, he's a solid WR but I'm not so sure his ranking this year isn't simply because there are no star WR's coming out. Would he have been a sure fire 1st rounder last year?

Why are you thining that we will move up for a WR in a weak WR draft? Simply because once the top one or two are gone there isn't much left?

I don't know if he is a super star or not.

He had some bad Quarterback play @ OU so it will be interesting to see how good he gets in the league.

In my opinion he reminds me of Patrick Crayton except he is far more athletic.

He has good body control, very fluid with routes, and great hands.

He just has all the tools you want at WR.

The way things are going with Kelly I wouldn't be shocked if we don't even have to trade up to get him. He's a player I'm not sure about either this is a weird WR class this draft.

That and the situation we are in currently at the WR position.

Like I said we've almost held ourselves hostage if Glenn is a no go.

Seriously. Is he planning to dodge all workouts till training camp or what? Has anyone even seen him on a football field since the last game he played?

You are the minority.....

Talks big , plays small and is a 6'1 4.65 WR that has a contract too big for his play.

Not sure I would take him even if he did fall to #22 or #28. There's a reason players fall. With that said though, the last time a WR fell that we should've taken, Minnesota gladly took him. Just think if Jones had pulled the trigger on Moss.

How polished/ready to go are Kelly or any of the projected top WR's? How do he and the others compare with say Braylon Edwards who became productive in only his 2nd season, and then in his 3rd really exploded?

Had he hit the open market we wouldn't have been able to afford him most likely so I think his contract fits.

Patrick Crayton is a very solid receiver.

I have friends who aren't even Cowboys fans who acknowledge how good he is.

Dallas would trade up for a CB because of the need...

The need is not at WR presently

Thats a good question.

To me Malcom Kelly is more of a all around receiver than those guys coming out of school.

I think Edwards has more potential but Kelly's style of play is more ready for the NFL than Edwards was.

Plus I think Kellys style in our offense is just a perfect fit.

If Dallas thinks they can get Mike Jenkins or someone @ 28 im telling you guys dont be shocked if we move up for Kelly.

I dont believe our organization feels the same way.

If they do then Terry Glenn is far better off then I thought.

It will be interesting to see what the team does.
