DeMarcus Ware.......Super Bowl 50 MVP.......Yeah, I said it!

Denver is a smarter organization than that. DeMarcus isn't finished by a long shot. The reason you want to be cap responsible is so you can pay the guys like Ware. That's the part Jerry doesn't get.

Please no let somebody else pay 10 million a year for 7 sacks.

But how many sacks would Ware really be responsible for? If you have Ware coming from the weak side, Lawrence coming from the strong side, and a healthy T. Crawford up the middle, who do you double team?

So, solid but unspectacular with continuing injury concerns?

It's normal for every last player in the NFL to have an injury at some point in EVERY single season. When they happen to some of your top players, you give them a little rest...PERIOD. But leave it to today's Cowboys fan to make drama and age descrimination to a soldier who has many wars fought...c'mon now. Talk about a lousy stereotype to sound smart.

When a player misses time every year for the last 4 or 5, it's an issue. One that heavily influences value. Nothing to do with age descrimination...just reality. At the right price he's worth it. But who thinks he would come cheap?

The very same could be said about Dez Bryant...

It's Ware's edge speed that has tormented Can Newton all night long.

Wh really believes that sacks are am accurate barometer for measuring the ability of a DE to exert pressure, influence the outcome of games?

I guarantee Broncos management doesn't.

they save 10 mil but cutting him and need to resign VMiller and MJackson and a few others. And they aren't SB contenders if Manning retires

Er ... did you see Manning play? The Broncos would have won with Kellen Moore starting tonight.

quite possibly, but they would not win 12 regular season games and 3 post season games with Kellen Moore.

I would love for him to come back to Dallas. Hey Ware, show us your new ring and help us to get another one.

Manning is done. Him retiring will open up like $17M for them.

but they also plan to franchise Miller, and would have to resign Osweiller when Manning retires. Add to that CJ Anderson (RFA though), Danny Trevethan, Malik Jackson and Evan Mathis. With Shane Ray waiting in the wings, they may save some money and release Ware.

Ware here wouldn't look like Ware in Denver. I'm not opposed to bringing him back on a cheap contract so that he can retire here... but no way do I give him a 10+ million a year type of deal.

Just looked at the numbers, the Broncos would have 27 million in cap space if Manning retires. If they want to keep Ware they can.
