Ware here wouldn't look like Ware in Denver. I'm not opposed to bringing him back on a cheap contract so that he can retire here... but no way do I give him a 10+ million a year type of deal.

no one is advocating $10 million or even close. But while DLawrence is ready to start at LDE, we could use a guy like Ware to push RGregory as opposed to giving him a starting job. Not to mention what Gregory could learn from him.
