i was on a cruise that stopped by Vladivostok in 2010.
it turned out to be V-E day so they had their pacific fleet out.
to my shock, every boat except 1 had radar dishes that spun around and around.
only 1 boat had a phased array radar.
i started laughing to myself saying 'crap we were afraid of those pieces of crap'
their fleet would have fought a very short and exciting war...
almost got myself in trouble!

yes their night vision were pieces of crap - still remember iraq war disparity...

Anyone ever have a surprise urine test one day and have to hold it all day until they left? They would make you drink can after can of coke or pepsi from the machine trying to make you pee. Snuck away at lunch to use the bathroom and held it the rest of the day until after 6 pm even when they were yelling at me. Told them I had a cold and have been taking a lot of medications (over the counter) that were drying me out and when I do so I don't have to pee much. Finally they had to leave and decided I must be telling the truth since they had been watching me all day (expect during lunch hehe) and knew I was drinking fluids all day and still did not have to use the bathroom. \

I think I peed all night long that night lol.

I was nabbed to be a pecker checker when I was stationed in Korea years ago. Everyone gives you a hard time about it but they all know you don't have a choice about it. I "watched" people pee in their cup for a 12 hour shift. It was mostly without incident, but there was this one young airman who just couldn't pee in front of someone. We turned on the faucets to let water run and other tricks we thought of to get him in the mood. Eventually they escorted him to the clinic to get a catheter. I don't know what happened to him after that. I don't know if he really did have an extreme case of shy bladder or if he knew he would fail the drug test and he tried to prevent failing by not testing.

I don't think he could have. Not because of the process but because he's to stupid or lazy or whatever the case, to do this. The NFL tells you when they are going to test. The info is made known so players know when they are going to get tested. If you know when it's coming and you still can't get your stuff together, then it's about something other then masking or what have you. It's about not caring enough about your job to to what is necessary.
