one of my favorites from this very under-rated album...written by larry gatlin...a true genius.

a real gem...written by jerry chestnut.

another chestnut gem.
with tunes contributed by the brilliant pens of folks like larry gatlin and jerry chestnut...and Elvis' strong vocals and his tour band playin' on these tracks...its no wonder from ep blvd went to #1 on the country charts.

It may be a little weird, but there's a bunch of artists/bands that I never really considered to be "country" like Willie, Jerry Jeff Walker, Ray Wylie Hubbard etc. Just always thought of their stuff as Texas Music.......
