Cowboy Fans, jenn says Jerry maybe looking at Boldin *Merge*

They won't be that foolish, he's under contract for a pretty low price... After the 2008 season he'll probably be on the market.

this would be his 2nd contract in three years, he has 2 years left on that contract. he has no leverage, that's why he's gotta play it out.

Boldin said he has instructed his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, to break off negotiations with the team.
I didn't know we had an insider in Boldins camp.

You think JJ and Rosenhaus have already spoken about this?

I am here for you, LOL!

Jerry can't talk to Rosenhaus about Boldin, who is under contract with the Cards.

Any interest in buying a bridge in Brooklyn? Beach front property in Arizona?

A WR tandem of TO and Boldin would put Dallas' offense into the stratosphere. The only questions are, how much would Dallas have to give up to pry him away from Arizona and how much is Jerry willing to give?

the only hitch is coming up w/ a new contract for Boldin

he wants big money

Any quality player like Boldin will want "big money".

He said yesterday it wasn't about the money. The Cards told him they would re-do his deal and didn't so now he is hot.

Sure he wants big money. But in this case there is obviously more to the story.

WOW, should I even ask ???

Boldin has some say in where he goes because both him and the new team will want a new deal signed. He'll look at the differences between us and philly.

1. Philly's management sucks and Dallas's doesn't.

2. Dallas is a contender and Philly blew their wad (opportunity).

3. Dallas is the spot light of the NFL and Philly is the back porch light.

4. Dallas's QB is a rising star and Philly's is a fallen star.

$$$. Jerry man handles his BRINKS truck and Jeffery can't even get his truck started. $$$

Boldin: hmmm......decisions, decisions

Yeah, but let's not forget that the Cards really don't like us either.

Build the in house talent...

That doesn't work out all the time 3sport.

You've seen our late draft picks in the late 90's.

Getting players like Tank, Zack, Adam, T.O., Davis, Henry, would help us quiet a bit.

In-house talent can only do so much for you. Don't get me wrong, Dallas did find some diamonds in the ruff.

Has there been any more news or has this rumor died?

I was hoping to hear about a trade....say RW and/or Ellis for Boldin (Arizona) or Roy Williams (Detroit).

Nope, the media feeds us just enough to get us in a frenzy.

Like chum in the water for frenzy invoked sharks only to not get an actual body (WR) to devourer.

What a bloody mess.

No doubt.... Jerry and Drew like each other.
Drew knows who to deal with.... he had even said that Jerry was the best owner when in dealing in negotiations.

Jerry is made for Drew for Jerry. Jerry wants Drew can deliver and receive.

SADLY, I just don't see this happening guys. I'm guessing Arizona will start off by wanting two#1's. Yep, Galloway possibly all over again. And remember, Boldin has been hurt quite a bit too: creaky knee I believe. But mostly, I just don't see AZ being Dallas' farm team on this one. They won't want to trade Dallas a player that will put them over the top IMO. Much ado about nothing. Also: forget about RoyW. in Detroit. Those losers will hold onto him, lose 10 or more games AGAIN this season, then he'll go to Dallas in the offseason anyway.
