We won't know that until re-instatement is approved or not. And if not approved, it may not have to do with any failed test. But we will eventually hear about it if that were to be the case.

Thing is by the time he can return, will there be a spot on the roster for him. Or can they put him on some reserve list. Wouldn't they have like 2 weeks to decide or not.

Thing is he can apply, but he still needs to serve his full year I believe, which will take them to the end of the season or near it. So it may all be a mute point at that time. And no way he comes back in time if we make any playoffs to help. I think he sits until next year regardless.

I don't understand the reinstatement deal. If he gets it-- can he play immediately? If he gets the reinstatement-- but still has to serve the suspension-- what exactly was "reinstated"?

I don’t believe he can come back until January anyways. So if I am him, I focus on next season as a fresh Stuart.

yes.
It was a scam last year the way they did it. He was off suspension and played, but then as soon as the playoffs started they suspended him again. I thought the suspensions were for regular season only, but somehow that dictator would not allow him to play against GB.
