He should be. This thing should have been played out well before the season or after the season in the first place. Goodell forced this to go to an injunction by not ruling on the decision until there was no time to challenge it. I would have reprimanded the NFL in court for that because the league essentially said here's your sentence, start serving it now. That's not how due process works.

I don’t really remember the Seahawks taking any flak for drafting him. I think most of the flak that offseason hit us for signing Greg Hardy.


Tyreek Hill did the same thing at Oklahoma State and got kicked off the team, but you don’t hear anyone complaining about the Chiefs drafting a proven woman beater, but you hear it about the Cowboys.

Junior Gallette is another domestic abuser who is allowed to skate by without much ado about nothing while Hardy blackballed out of the league.
