Those who seem to have something against Green, beyond his inability to stay healthy, will be looking to overanalyze any mistake he makes Sunday. I believe this to be the right call if Green is healthy. He shows power. He has good feet. His only real issue is technique playing guard, which should get better over time.
I know that some are concerned about continuity, but I just want the best player out there. I believe Green is the better player based on what I've seen. However, I'm not sure if the difference between him and Cooper isn't more than marginal (even though they are different-style blockers). I think we would have to see how both handle the spot over a longer period of time to determine that.
What I believe we'll see from Green is a player who won't give much ground to power and will slide and recover against speed. Where he will struggle is with handling stunts and passing off defenders. He will grab if he stops moving his feet, so I won't be surprised if he draws a couple of holding calls.
