The record isn't worrisome in the preseason. It never is. It's how that record came about. I only watched a little bit of the preseason but one thing that is worrisome is 9+ penalties in every game.

This Dallas team is going to struggle mightily. They will win a game or two that they really shouldn't, but that is football.

The defense is expansion team level. The offense could be very good. We have little to no depth. Garrett will get a pass as usual regardless.

When the offense that is suppose to be unstoppable and carry the team looks like dog squat, 0-4 means something. We can hope they showed little and saved it for next week, but with no deep passing game, and everybody knowing it, I don't see much.

Zero expectations this year regardless of the preseason record. Anywhere between 3-13 and 6-10. The defense is going to be that bad and I doubt Garrett & Co. will be able to devise game plans that allow the offense to be explosive enough to outscore most teams.

pre-season means a lot to the prep of the team and judging whose their kinda guys to keep.
They already know except for a couple here and there.. it's nice to win but it's no biggy

Why worry? Is this a Superbowl team? Absolutely not!

But can this team punch someone in the mouth, can they surprise some teams? I think so.

We expect the offense to be good, but there is such low expectations for this team right now that anything positive that occurs on the defense will be awesome. Maybe they find some players, maybe the McClains live up to expectations.

Who knows?

We all have hope let's not give up on this team before the season starts, let's enjoy the ride!

I'm more worried about the Niners playing well and re-signing Harbaugh. This team is going to stink and we will want the best coaching options available for 2014-2015.

not worried...if the team can stay healthy going forward, AND they can split the first 4 games (at least), then they will start to get their starting defense back on the field after that....this SF game is going to show if they can overcome everything they are enduring or not...

No more than I was before. Honestly, I think .500 is the ceiling for this team this season. But, I watched every single game of that 1-15 season and all of the Campo years, so I will still tune in and cheer them on regardless.

I agree, Right now they do not look like a very good football team. Unless something changes quickly, I say 6-10 or 5-11. I hope they are much better though.
