He's clear in my book. While in theory you can possibly cheat the test, its nearly fool proof. I've had to do them for security clearances. They are no joke. If I'm a GM and I can confirm these test results, I feel pretty confident selecting the player. This is of course assuming the administrator asked all the appropriate questions which I'm sure he/she did.
