I agree but I think the general feeling is most teams will go as far as their QB will take them.
I understand that is the perception. The general feeling is, can the QB make up for all the deficiencies of a team and overcome them.

It is also perceived that they did, when they win a SB. Why is it not perceived that the SB winning team actually just had a great balanced team.

It is a true statement saying Troy overcame all of our team deficiencies 3 times with the Cowboys.

However, it is also true that we had little to no deficiencies.

Let's flip the coin.....lol
Can the team make up for all the deficiencies of the QB and overcome them? From this perspective QB vs QB does matter to some degree.
QB's never play a QB.

Do Centers play Centers in your world?

The Home/Away schedule favors the Cowboys, with home games against many of the playoff teams. The Cowboys could end up with a 13-4 record, and 10-2 in the conference, which gives them a real shot at the #1 seed in the NFC.

Dak has been the biggest reason the Cowboys have been eliminated in the last 3 playoff losses. Cowboys are in the perfect situation with him. Win playoff games get big contract. Play like crap like usual..ADIOS!

Not really impressed by these QB's. We definitely play some good teams, but it is not a QB vs QB league no matter how bad the media or people want to make it appear to be.
How many times have we made 2nd and 3rd string QB's look like the second coming of Joe Montana?
