I get what you’re saying… But at the end of the day they paid Zeke heck of a lot more than they wanted to. And, quite frankly, probably a lot more than any other NFL team would have for that position.

I still want to see the official guaranteed money. If it’s 50 million+, Zeke won huge

A total contract of 8 years and $103m. Half guaranteed. So he makes $12.8m a year. The extension number makes it look bigger than what it actually is. Guarantee is up in 5yrs. So technically this gives the team an out in 5 years with little cap hit.

Actually, he won’t be toting the rock 40 times a game. You’re going to see less running and more passing. They have to protect Zeke which is good for the offense as it will become more varied with Moore at the helm.

We all do, but pay special attention to the signing bonus and the salaries on the back end. Like the La'el Collins deal, it will be backloaded and team friendly.

And with Zeke's deal, the team will have protected itself with clauses to where even the reported "guarantees" aren't guaranteed.
