Cowboys are 6 point underdogs at LA

It doesn’t seem to matter if Dak or Rush are starting. But I suppose the line could move if there was an announcement. My hunch Rush is playing but we’ll see.

We’ve only been the favorites in one game this season against Washington.

Of course LA plays tonite which is a little odd already having a line up before this game has been played. The outcome tonite could also impact the line for next Sunday.

With as well as our defense has played, Im pretty surprised at this line, especially since the rams having been playing all that great. A friend got us comped 45 yard line section 300 hundred seats for this game. The stadium is awesome. Looking forward to it.

Sounds about right...

I hate thinking Donald is going to go up against McGovern. Hope he has some help!!

The funny thing is Donald is not really a power player. Not that he doesn't have power, but his strength is his speed and quickness. Connor Williams actually did as well as can be expected against Donald because his weakness was power. I think McGovern will struggle with the quickness of Donald. So will Peters. I hope Biadasz is ready to help whoever is over there at LG because I am pretty certain that is where Donald will line up 90% of the time. I don't see him trying to beat Zack Martin every down.

I wonder how many spots we move up in the power ranking after we beat them :flagwave: probably fewer than the number of Rush/Dak threads generated after the victory
Cowboys 27 Rams 23
Well for starters, Dallas is real while Philly is fake. They don't have either of the SB teams in their schedule as Dallas does. Be crazy should Dallas defeat them both w/a backup quarterback. That would be impressive lol.

I think Rush is going to start, since MM said he wants a full week of practice from Dak before playing him. he is going to Dr. tomorrow. so this week is probably shot.

They’re betting on Rush playing.
I'd have to think Dak's participation would even make the Cowboys more underdogs right now. Let's not forget, Dak is recovering from throwing hand thumb surgery. Being honest, he's not going to be 100% for some time.

You’d be thinking wrong.

Good love being the under dogs

That's about right

3 pts home team automatically. And they are a better team and Superbowl champs. So another 3 pts

What they do is pull the line for next week before the game starts, and then post a new line tomorrow around 11 AM EST.

If Rams come out and lay an egg tonight? That line will go down. If they play well? It could stay there or go up a little, but it’s tough to jump to that 7 point hurdle.

Always remember a lot of the line is just based off of public perception.

But if they an egg tonight, wouldn’t a lot of people say, “they’re too good. There’s NO WAY they’d lose two in a row, especially if game two is at home against Dallas!”

The QB position is extremely worrying me right now. Regardless if we play Rush or the Conman, the QB play will not match what the Rams give us. The Rams D is going to dare whomever takes field to throw deep, which neither QB can really do well. Rush does it better as he seems to have better chemistry with the WRs and wideouts, however, it does not matter. It is not sufficient enough for us to beat the Rams. I have no doubt in our defense to at least limit Kupp and Stafford, however, I don’t think they can limit them enough to suffice ourselves a win. Just not in the cards.

The Cowboys strength (pass rush) will be a serious problem for the Rams kryponite (OL). That line should be < 4 by Sunday.

They will run. And run. And run some more. If we can stop it, I like our chances.

We can beat the Rams but we will have to run the ball extremely well.

Rams haven't ran the ball well this year. If that continues against Dallas I like the Cowboys chances.

Rams have really not ran the ball well or a lot this year. Only 82 rushes for 3.3 yards per. They are 2nd to last in the league in rushing attempts.
