Cowboys are a bad match up for the Giants

Cowboys will have to figure out ways to attack their safeties, that's their weakness. The Giants are pretty good at CB. PFF (I know), had both ARC and Jenkins as Top 20 CBs last year.

Dez has scored more touchdowns against DRC than probably anyone else in the league. Dez will take care of biz.

They're aggressive but we can use their aggressiveness against them. It's happened before. Dak's got to throw into some tight windows but we know that if you just throw around Dez he will beat his man.

There is no way we rush for less than 140 between Zeke and Morris. Play action will be their demise. Our receivers will eat them up, talent wise they are at a huge disadvantage. Would hate to be them...we will see.

Not sure that's true. They barely faced each other in 2015, as Bryant got hurt in the first game. In 2014, DRC only played like a dozen snaps in the first game as he was hurt. The 2nd game he played and I think Bryant had a TD on him.

Not suggesting Bryant can't have a big game but I think some in this thread with their predictions of domination are going a bit overboard. The Giants have some talent themselves.

I figure a 3-7 point win for Dallas.

Dallas D ranked 17th last year
Giants D ranked 32nd last year - they spent tons money to improve - will that money = better D then Boys time will tell but my vote is no.

Dallas O far more balenced - we have better Backs, Line , Te,
Giants O - Wr is their top position group, Qb have advantage

The Wr group is basically even and I would argue we have the better unit overall-

- dez vs OBJ - even or maybe slight edge some would say to OBJ ---
- Williams vs Sheppard - advantage Williams - Sheppard will be good but is a rookie in first game
- Beasley vs Cruz - advantage Beasley - which Cruz is back
Butler vs ???? - advantage us

Honestly they are gonna be transformed into a 1 dimensional offense how does that work for most teams when they are that way !

NFC EAST games are always crazy but I like the way we matchup IMO

DRC played with the broncos, eagles and cardinals prior to the giants. DRC always has his hands full when it comes to DEZ.

And honestly if he does throw short passes all game I'm ok with that. Beckham Jr has 79 yards total in the last 2 games. Scandrick will be able to contain Cruz

That's really the game this defense is best suited to win. They are the epitome of bend don't break and capitalize on mistakes...and with the score the Cowboys are capable of putting up I expect alot of opportunities for this defense.

I think your right , at least I hope, they will be forced to be one dimensional. If Cruz has lost even a step, then I think he will be an average receiver. Curios to see our secondary, there is talent there and everyone should be healthy.

Not yet! But the fun is almost here. I hope for no injuries, most of all. We can not afford them, depth is my worry.

1 positive is 3 out of 4 times we have held OBJ under 50 yards - hopefully we keep that up I don't want that guy scoring vs us at all

I agree, don't know if I said it right, but the Giants would much rather play someone else on opening day than us. Our strengths dominate their strengths. This is a nightmare for them in my opinion, too much fire power on our offense, they might go home with bruised egos.
