I'm only speaking for myself and not pretending I can feel what other fans think. But...when we get so deep into a coaching staff where we are making judgements on a RB Coach hiring, I have to bow out. I like to think I'm a diehard fan for 50 years, but honestly....getting upset about the choice of a RB coach, I think might be nitpicking. And check my posts, I'm not a homer. But my thought is to trust the hiring and lets see. It's not going to be a huge success or a huge disaster, IMO.
Same. This is the point of the offseason where we just need sit it out. Wait for free agency, the draft.

I believe Washington moves on from Ekeler (No dead money) and runs with Robinson, Rodriguez and McNichols.

Id look for Austin Ekeler to come here and be RB2 behind our rookie RB
Wouldn't surprise. He averaged 4.8 YPC this year in a No. 2 role, but I don't think he's viewed as more than that at this point in his career so he shouldn't be expensive.

They can afford it. It's also amazing that the football teams aren't real students.
Also amazing how many hats college rb coaches wear. Many in charge of recruitment, and recruitment as players enter the portal. They have twice the travel days as a rb coach too

Thank God......Stay as far away from this train wreck as you can.

Texas Longhorns running backs coach Tashard Choice will remain in Austin after interviewing with the Dallas Cowboys, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Nick Harris.

New Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer hired New Orleans Saints running backs coach Derrick Foster.

The courtship from Dallas will get Choice a raise at Texas. As Horns247 reported over the weekend he was in line to earn $725,000 in 2025. All City DLLS writer Clarence Hill Jr. reports his new pay will likely be in excess of $800,000. Hill went on to report Choice was pursued by the Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints as well.

Choice and Samples more important to their college teams than to Jerry and the Cowboys. RB coach in the NFL is a lost in the sauce ingredient.
