Overcum? Interesting typo.

The Cowboys couldn't replicate the Pats formula even if they wanted to (they don't) because they don't have a QB anywhere close to Tom Brady.
I don't think that's the issue. It's knowing when to release a player it's nowing how much to pay for a player. It's knowing how to trade players for more draft picks. Yeah Brady also LOL

How many first round draft picks do the Patriots accumulate by trading players before they were ready for new contract. That's the secret to their success Young early-round Talent. Oh yes and Brady

I agree the Patriots make those types of player decisions better than Dallas (and everyone else), but having a hall of fame QB - especially in this era of football - makes a huge difference.

Yep there's no argument there. Brady hasn't been close to being the great quarterback he once was. The defense that one great drive when they need it. It's coaching it's coaching it's coaching and we don't have it

I preach, give me a bunch of solid football players. I will teach them to play as one and win a championship. It's about team team team. Oh yeah and coaching you can keep your primadonnas if you have everything else

He's not...there's no such thing as THE issue...but there's definitely plenty of room for a substantial upgrade.
I totally disagree but to each their own. He's not that far off from being pretty excellent. We already know he's clutch.

I think it was Jimmie Johnson that said to Bill Belichick, if I ever draft a dumb player again hit me in the head with the hammer. I hope they're following the same formula when it comes to paying some of these guys
No danger of that - Jimmy was retired from coaching by the time Belichick became the Pats head coach.

There's plenty of the issue. Issue number one coaching. This Garrett really get a game plan in place with his assistants. Doesn't seem that way where are the adjustments what is he telling these guys to do.
