Cowboys better off not showing up

This show is absolutely horrible not because of the Packers prediction but I stopped watching it months ago.

I put that show on earlier this season just to see what it's all about and it made me think- where the hell do they find these hosts? It's like a football show run by corny hipsters. Especially that chubby dude (don't know his name); why the hell is he getting paid to talk about football? Show is garbage just like most others are nowadays.

First of all, the media gets paid to say stuff about NFL football and they don't want anyone in the middle, especially the jacklegs on NFLN midweek. Their job is to convince all the Cowboys haters that they're gonna get to see Rodgers wipe the floor with the team they most detest and whip the Cowboys fans into a frenzy so they're foaming at the mouth come 4:40 on Sunday and ready for vindication.

Secondly, who cares what they say? I'd much rather go into the game as an underdog and not a damn thing anyone outside the Dallas locker room says affects the game one bit. Aaron Rodgers will not beat us because of some sort of respect factor and we will not win because of bulletin board material.

Thirdly, I disagree that the Cowboys have no chance, but Rodgers definitely looks like a different QB to me from earlier in the season. The short TD throw to the left corner of the endzone was a laser beam through a keyhole. The guy is playing exceptional football and is going to be a huge pain in the *** for the Cowboys all by himself.

Last but not least, if you believe the Cowboys will win on Sunday as I do, you can rest easy knowing that our boys will be taking care of the BS themselves. There's only one way to shut the haters up and that's win.

I'm reserving judgement for the rest of the season but I feel pretty good about Sunday. I honestly think much like the Giants are a tough matchup for the Cowboys, the Cowboys are a tough matchup for the Packers. I think Rodgers is in for a long day of checking down and settling for Field Goals.

I'm not even watching the game. I'm curled up in the fetal position as I type this just scared to death of Green Bay. I'm already moved on to the draft and offseason. I really hope we can just stay within 40 points and keep it respectable. There might have to be a running clock implemented by the 3rd qtr.

We will find out Sunday, we should feel good, we are rested, fairly healthy, we are at home ...

As for Rogers picking the Giants apart, who knows what happened in that game, the Giants defence seemed in control until that Hail Mary pass, I also don't know if that is far colder than what they've ever played in, because their offence stumbled along similar to us when we were in NY. Maybe the defence just got gassed from being on the field so much in the first half, maybe they should have rested players in week 17, no matter what, every week is different, we are not the Giants, our offence is balanced and surprisingly we don't give up many points and have developed a pass rush and are forcing turnovers. We should like our chances, but the skepticism by some is understandable until we have won and get to the NFC championship game...go cowboys!!

Last week NFL Network had their Giants love-fest. Oops.

This week it's the Packers love fest. Dallas beat the Packers up in Green Bay in October, but that doesn't matter. Aaron Rodgers forgot how to play football until week 12. Or so I've heard.

Sorry, NFL Network. The Cowboys winning is going to throw a major wrench into your programming plans.

Nope then it is hot Atlanta or the resurging Seahawks after that it is Brady or Ben against a rookie, who has never won a SB in NFL history.

They have built in narratives for the entire play off run and SB, best way to shut them up is beat them all, 3 games!

You can't be serious. C'mon, man, it's only a game. (At least, that's what I've heard.) It's hyperbole. I bet you'll watch it. ;)

The Packer hype machine is in full swing but thankfully the Cowboys will have their say in the matter. The games are actually played folks so don't worry yourself about what is being said pregame.

It's going to be a tough game. A lot tougher than earlier this year. A very hot Rodgers vs a rookie, any rookie.. is going to be hard to overcome. We will need to score at least 30 to have a shot. I am confident we will win but this is in no way a gimmie game or a cake walk.

S-h-h, there are homers lingering about here, Mr. Realist . . . (best to keep it down, don'cha know?)

I just had to stop the Good Morning Football program I'd recorded on NFL Network. According to most of the crew, the Packers & Aaron "007" Rodgers have already won the game before it's even started. The Packers are the ONE team the Cowboys did not want to face. Now, they have to go up against a hot Rodgers who just cannot be stopped due to his "Golden Gun"-especially since the Cowboy's secondary is so much worse than the Giants, & he shredded them. It doesn't matter that his favorite receiver, Jordy Nelson, will probably miss the game-Rodgers can throw anyone open. It doesn't matter that the Cowboys thrashed them in their own house. This is a different Packers team, & a different Cowboys team. Hmmm, did we lose half of our players & no one told me?

After all of the genuflecting before the God Rodgers, former Lions WR Nate Burleson tried to play some of it down by talking up the Cowboys running game, offensive line, Dak Prescott, etc., but the rest of the crew would have none of it. It's a done deal. Here, I was planning a playoff party on Sunday. Guess I'll have to call it off now. Man, I thought for a moment that we had a chance.
Let's keep it that way. I hope the media doubles down on the talk as well. bring the dog out of these dudes.

I wonder if these fools ever look back and see how pathetic they look and act . Not that they would ever admit how bias they are and sound.
Can't wait until the game.

I could never get into watching it. It is horrible and a terrible format. I watched some of it after a big win, you know.....the they haven't been tested yet games....to see their reactions. THey actually got some good things said about them, and Burleson does seem to like Dallas as to Dak & Zeke.
However when I changed the channel yesterday for a few minutes....it was all GB and AR and I thought it was a GB porno show. I knew it would be, but you would think there weren't any other gsmes or teams.

I am sure I will flip over to the channel today to see if they calmed down and will talk all teams and games and maybe be a bit more level headed, but I don't expect it.

That show is disgusting. It is everything that is wrong with football. I can barely stomach it after a Cowboy win.

Prediction: Our Cowboys won't need to score 30 in order to win... but they will anyway.

Regarding GMF, I realize you need to fill a time slot in the morning, but I'm sure they can
produce something better without much effort.

I'm a bit out of touch on the term "hipsters". To me, those two clowns look like they've
never been hip in their entire lives.
