I’m not talking specifically about you, but just in general I think people don’t really pay attention to how the other 31 teams build their squads. Nobody is going to have above average players at all 22 positions. You can’t upgrade every single position with borderline pro bowlers. I’m loving these moves we are making in free agency this year

I don't understand what you are saying. There is nothing wrong with running a 4-3 defense, and we are well equipped to run a 4-3 defense.

I see this being more like Pete Carroll's 2012-2013 4-3 when they had Chris Clemons as the only TRUE 4-3 DE on their 4-man line. Their DL looked like this:

DE - Clemons (255lbs.)
DT - Alan Branch/Tony McDaniel (310+lbs.)
DT - Brandon MeBane (310+lbs.)
DE - Red Bryant (310+lbs.)

Bruce Irvin was their pass-rush specialist

I believe that's what Carolina did last year including Bruce Irvin.
