IMO thats an easy debate. Poe is a much better all around player.

both played 8 seasons, Poe over his career average 2 more sacks than Snacks, Yet Poe isn't near the run defender Snacks is, Snacks has way more combines tackles, more tackles for loss and more solo tackles

As an average that's really a lot along with the pressures that would come with it. Snacks has never been seen as a pass rusher. Poe has been. Poe is the more well round player (that's his plus) but Snacks has been the more dominant run stopper (that's his plus).
