Yep, best winning percentage and all of this too...

The Cowboys are the most successful team of the modern era (since 1960). They have won 5 Super Bowls and 8 Conference Championships. The Cowboys have more victories (40) on Monday Night Football than any other NFL team; the Miami Dolphins are 2nd with 39 and the San Francisco 49ers are 3rd with 38. They hold NFL records for the most consecutive winning seasons (20, from 1966 to 1985) and most seasons with at least 10 wins (24). The team has earned the most postseason appearances (28, which includes another league record of 55 postseason games, winning 32 of them), the most appearances in the NFC Championship Game (14), and the most Super Bowl appearances (8), two more than any other NFL team. The Cowboys also played in 2 NFL championship games before the NFL's 1970 merger with the American Football League.

An article on Forbes Magazine's website, published September 13, 2007, lists the Cowboys as the most valuable sports team in the world, with an estimated value of approximately $1.5 billion, ahead of the Washington Commanders ($1.467 billion) and the New England Patriots ($1.199 billion). They are also one of the wealthiest teams in the NFL, generating almost $250 million in annual revenue.

Not to mention, the Cowboys will also start playing in best sporting arena in the world in 2009.

The Dolphins were in the league four years earlier, so how did Dallas acquire 100 more games over that span? The Cowboys were in the playoffs alot, but the Dolphins made some appearances too, it just doesn't seem like those numbers are right.

I have a long time friend who's a Dolphin fan. Up until a couple of years ago, the worst season the Fins ever had (since I began following football in 1971) was 6-10. And that was just one year. Until now the Fins never had a really bad era like most teams did and like the Boys did in the late 80's. I gave my freined credit, I used to say they may have not won a Bowl in a long time but this team never sucks, seems like there at least 500 every year.

Not quite accurate:

1966 3-11
1967 4-10
1969 3-10
1988 6-10
2004 4-12
2006 6-10

They have had a few bad seasons but they were mostly early in their history and one a few years ago. This year is obviously the worst ever for them.
