I think Ciskowski is his goal. Be with the team for 20+ years, earn millions, retire comfortably.

Mcclay has been great for this team. We have drafted extremely well. Not his fault Jerry never got serious about coaching till last year

Why would he want to leave? He’s getting paid handsomely. If it’s a good decision it was made by him. If it’s a Taco or Jaylon move it’s Jerry.. all kidding aside he’s done a great job building this roster.
