I’m wondering if all the people giving Glenn all this grace because of injuries would do the same if this happened with him as the Dallas HC next year.

I just don't see us hiring a defensive minded rookie HC with Dak Prescott 100M against the cap this year. Maybe as DC?

This won’t affect Glenn’s chances for any job. You don’t overlook somebody’s total body of work and positive traits over a bad game. Dan Quinn is leading the commanders to possibly the championship game and last January his defense - wet the bed. Yet he still got a job.

What I worry more about is Jerry seeing Quinn who got away from us having success and using this as further proof to justify hiring Kellen

He has 1 top 20 defense in 4 years. That’s his body of work.

No his body of work is 14 years of playing experience, moving his way up the ranks on every team he’s been on and earning the respect of coaches like Sean Payton, parcells , belichick and his players. He also has a explore offensive with a high point differential in wins so it skews his overall defensive numbers
 
good thing washigton didn't let a horrible playoff performance keep them from hiring their guy.

Here? Like we are the bar? Our options are a failed former jets hc, our former offensive coordinator who we showed the door to. I’d gladly roll the dice on Glenn than either of those 2 or Leslie Frazier.
