Cowboys' current draft order - no. 14

They did it with Micah for just a few spots and still got him. It might not have been significant picks, but the Cowboys are not totally averse to trading down on day 1.
and just this very last year.

Trading down from any position is all about how many coveted players are still on your board and who.
If a stud DL, a stud RT, or an explosive WR is still on the board, forget trading down. Those are critical positions we cannot play around on.

Not if they keep winning.

You don’t think they’re gonna let Mike go and hire a whole new staff this off season?

I kinda feel like it’s a foregone conclusion at this point.

The defense is playing too good to let Zimmer go.

Lots of the better players we have right now are free agents and will leave for more dollars we won't match. We will be underdogs our last 3 games. No more 3 win teams on the schedule. They are all playoff bound.

Cowboys could win all of them.

hmm.

It appears reality was not affected by all of the previous rooting for a higher draft pick.

This seems like an unfair outcome. Is there a complaint department anywhere? This injustice should not go unchallenged. ATTICA! ATTICA!

Well, I mean, as long as we can get Jeanty, a top guard, or a NT round 1, I'm good with this. I love that the team isn't bailing. Plus, we haven't had a "Trolling the Nation" yet this season.
