The Dez hate on this forum is actually incredible

So, his foot caused him to miss passes hitting him square in the chest? I can see the injury causing him to run lazy routes, and take plays off (which he did), but there's no excuse for many of those drops.

Your expecting a rookie to come in and do what Dez does? Oh ok. Hell, lets bring in Wentz and tell him to be Romo too while we are at it lol

No, but I think it's reasonable for him to come in and be better than Williams, which would be the point of drafting him.

You obviously have no idea how painful it is to play thru an injury. It's not just where it hurts. It's a lot more than that. He also was trying to do too much. Sure he had drops he shouldnt have. He also shouldn't have been there in the first place.

What? I've played through many injuries. The great hangnail of '97 didn't mess my Dungeons & Dragons game up at all. Dez is just an amateur.

Cowboys' Dez Bryant: Rehab going well

Dez Bryant has already begun rehabbing from his most recent foot and ankle surgeries, The Dallas Morning News reports. "We felt like the surgery went well and he's still getting back, it's still a process," Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said, "but we're glad we got it done almost immediately after the season so it's given him plenty of time to come back and all reports are that everything has been positive up to this point."

With a full offseason to rehab and recover, Bryant is expected to be at 100 percent heading into next season and look more like the receiver who averaged 91 catches, 1312 yards and 14 TDs between 2012 and 2014 than the one who played in only nine ineffective games in 2015 due to a broken foot.

I had no idea he had an addiction. Do we know if it was alcohol or drug related?

What does Dez do? 2015 stats: 31 receptions for 401 yrds, 3 TDs..... Yes I think a rookie can do way more than that. The rookie can at least do better than any other WR on the team. Wentz would be a good pick... BTW.

Your basing your logic on dez playing injured with 2 inept QBS? Wow. Good logic there my friend. What were his stats the year before? You know. With Romo.

If Romo and Dez stay healthy we are in the playoffs next year, and it's as easy as that. I'm just not sure either one will stay healthy.

You're giving our coaching staff way too much credit. People are quick to forget that coaching hurt us as bad as injuries. Those guys should all be given a blanket party, including Jerry.....

And my question to you would be this; if that's all Dez can do, "because of injuries", why was he even allowed on the field? If it's that obvious that Dez was not fully healed, he's hurting the team (and himself) more than he's helping it. Again, horrendous coaching.....

Better than what you're trying to do with a time machine. Dez isn't going to be in the future what he was the year before. You know. With Romo.

I think when he scores his 10th touchdown next season we will re visit this. At the end of the day, we are both speculating.

But you seem to think you lay claim to what the future holds for Dez. Good logic there my friend.

When did I say I laid claim to anything? Copy and paste it for me to see. Right now , like me, you're speculating on what we are going to get from Dez. You want to trade him. I don't. We disagree on his immediate future. It is what it is.
