It’s funny they were taking Oline no matter what it seems. Stephen is lousy

And passed on the best option... The decision making is in puzzling. They are not serious about winning this year. No chance this pick is going to get on the field if he does Dak is going to be running for his life.

I don't hate this pick, I hate who they left out there. Smith as a guard won't be a bad thing at all but leaving Jermaine Johnson, Tyler Linderbaum, Nakobe Dean, and Devin Lloyd out there is a head scratcher.

I don't think Tyler Smith would be there at 56 but he's not a value at 24. Just....weird.

I wonder what's the ceiling for Smith? If you think he has star potential then you take him and his 5 year rookie contract.

I’ll reserve judgment. He’s raw, but nasty as hell.

I’m certain some of the same people killing this pick, hated the Parsons pick.

truth is, nobody has a clue until this guy gets the pads on and plays some NFL snaps

Nobody hated the Parsons pick because he flat out wasn’t a good pick. He just wasn’t who they wanted. It’s apple to oranges. Stop.

They must love Dante Fowler.

LOL

Yep. I can already hear Jerry trying to sell that nonsense...."boy, we really gave consideration to that DE from Florida State, but we really thought we were getting an elite talent and great value in Tyler there."

Too much of a project for my liking relative to who was left.
Can he be a LT? Can he develop proper technique?
Is he a guard?
Is he going to be a liability year one?
