Cowboys expected to hire Chidera Uzo Diribe as OLB coach

Wasn't he being considered as an OLB coach? Not sure who we are interviewing for that role. So far we've got Green Bay's passing game coordinator, Arizona's assistant cornerbacks coach, Minnesota's defensive line coach and Georgia's outside linebackers coach. Other than the Cardinals' coach, we seem to be picking coaches who showed some success in their area of expertise
He interviewed for the LB coach, not the OLB coach. It would akin to Harris as CB coach working under Witt as DB coach

i like what the cowboys are doing. you’re expecting Parker to eventually leave (after he does a great job here) but the bright side is the guys he’s hiring are people who have system familiarity with what parker runs and not only that but they’re upcoming prospects and it provides continuity post parker.

Seems they are done running the same old boring schemes. While I applaud bringing in bright young coaches it means nothing if you don't go out and aggressively add talent.

So we going mostly all black coaches on Defense. Cool. Now let's hope we can build a good Defense

Hopefully Chidera doesn't want too much cheddar. He also makes for a tough nickname or funky acronym, CUD - that's the regurgitated food cows chew. Ha, destiny!
